How it works here

From this page
to your keys.

Four steps, and not one of them
depends on a phone call.

01

Search by what the space is for

An office, a shop, a showroom and a warehouse are different searches. Filter by kind, carpet area and floor.

02

See it before you talk numbers

Ask for a viewing from the listing. The owner confirms a slot, and the answer stays in your account.

03

Terms are negotiated, not clicked

Rent, deposit, lock-in and escalation are agreed with the owner directly. Nothing here commits you to a figure.

04

Paperwork stays between you

The lease is between you and the owner. LSC introduces you and keeps the trail of what was said.

Reviewed firstOwner and listing pass review before they reach public search.
Rent and deposit, upfrontBoth figures are shown per bed or unit, before you commit.
Availability from inventoryCounts come from the owner’s live rooms, not a stale listing.

Before you decide

A few things
worth asking about
renting a commercial space.

Talk to us
Is the area carpet or built-up?

Listings show carpet area, which is the floor you actually occupy. Built-up area is shown where the owner gave it, and it is always the larger figure. Compare on carpet area.

Can I take part of a floor?

Where a building is let by the unit, each unit shows its own area, floor and rent. Where it is let whole, the listing says so.

Are terms negotiated?

Yes. Commercial rent, deposit, lock-in and escalation are agreed between you and the owner, so an enquiry starts a conversation rather than a booking.

What about fit-out and power?

Ask before you commit. Furnishing is listed, and amenities show what the building provides, but fit-out allowances and sanctioned load are between you and the owner.
