Reporting a listing is always free, and always read.A listing looks wrong. What do I do?
If a price, photo or address does not match what you were told, open a support request with the listing link and the details. You can follow the team’s reply in your support conversations.
The owner has not replied. What now?
Owners reply directly, so timing varies. Your enquiry and any reply stay on that listing in your account, so nothing is lost while you wait. If a home matters to you, it is worth asking a second one in the same area at the same time.
I want to list my PG or flat.
Choose the seller experience in the LSC app to manage your listings, rooms, visits and residents. If you need help getting started, open a support request and select the Property category.
Do you charge brokerage?
LSC does not add a brokerage fee to a listing. The rent and deposit you see on a listing are the figures the owner set, and anything else is between you and them — ask before you commit.
