Getting listed
Four steps, and

A listing is not a form somebody filled in.
It is a decision somebody recorded.
Describe the property
Type, name, address with map coordinates, starting rent and deposit, amenities and house rules. It saves as a private draft — nothing is public yet.
Add what people actually book
For a PG: floors, then rooms with their sharing, then a bed in each with its own rent and deposit. For a flat: the units, with layout and furnishing.
Submit for verification
Our team reviews the listing and the ownership documents, and records a written decision. Only then does it appear in search.
Once you are live

Enquiries, visits, reservations and rent
all sit against the bed they belong to.
Enquiries in one queue
Every renter who asks about a home arrives with what they are looking for and their number. Move them through the stages and keep your notes on the record.
Visits you control
Confirm a requested slot, suggest another, mark it done or record a no-show. Both sides see the same history.
Reservations and move-ins
A held bed shows what is paid and what is outstanding. Confirm it, move the resident in, and the bed becomes occupied inventory.
Rent, month by month
Once someone has moved in, each month raises an invoice. See what has settled and what is still owed across every property you own.

The owner app is finished and in testing, but it is not published to the Play Store yet — so there is no link here we can honestly give you. Tell us about your property and we will get you on it as soon as it is.
