What is included in PG rent?
It varies by home. Many PGs include electricity, Wi-Fi and housekeeping, and some include meals. The listing shows monthly rent and deposit for the bed you choose; ask the owner what sits on top before you reserve.
Can I choose my sharing type?
Yes. Filter by single, double, triple or four sharing and the results only show homes with a matching bed free right now. Availability comes from the owner’s live inventory.
How soon can I move in?
Set a move-in date in the filters to see homes ready when you are, then ask the owner about the next steps.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposit terms are set by the owner. Confirm the amount, the notice period and the refund conditions in writing before you move in.
